On each stage of production process we pay close attention on ecological aspects of our operations. New cooling devices by De Longhi contribute to it because they work in closed cycle and thereby do not cause harmful changes in envrironment. Materials used in our production are fully returnable.

Created in injection stage material "waste" is fully recycled using special grinders equipped in dust filters stage material is cleaned from possible inclusions from mechanical processing on a special electromagnetic platform. After that material is transported to an extruders feeding hooper where, if it is necessary, is exposed to upgrading with appropriate mixtures and then it is getting into cylinder of extrusion machine.

During the process of granulation there is another stage of cleaning up a material by a sieve to it we receive a homogeneous pellets which we use again to injection in acceptable proportions which tells us the norm ISO for each product.
