On each stage of production process we pay attention on keeping all ecological rules    which have in view our precious environment.    New cooling devices De Longhi contribute to it because they work in closed cycle    and thereby they do not cause harmful changes in environment. Materials used in our    production are fully returnable.    Created in injection stage material "waste" technologically predicted is fully retaken    in an inner recycling process which is fulfilled in dust filters after disintegration in special    grinders. Next stage is cleaning up material from possible inclusions from mechanical    machining on a special electromagnetic platform.    Next stage - a material is transported to an extruder's feeding hopper where, if it is    necessary, is exposed to upgrading with appropriate mixtures and then it is getting into    a cylinder of extrusion machine.    During the process of granulation there is another stage of cleaning up a material by    a sieve and thanks to it we receive a homogeneous granulate which we use again to    injection in acceptable proportions which tells us the norm ISO for each product.
	Of course details from recycled plastics are only produced when each product allows    such possibility.
